Who am I
My interest in psychology and in others is not the result of chance. Hypersensitive empath, difficult life experiences and a particular approach to emotion, to the relationship with others, to the environment, to information led me to undertake in-depth personal work and a repositioning...
As a woman, as a mother, my life changed from the moment I learned to listen to myself and when I understood that this sensitivity concealed tremendous assets.
"Life can only be understood backward; but it must be lived forward."
Soren Kierkegaard
About my career
A graduate of the ULB in psychology in 1990, I have been working as a psychologist for over 30 years. Attracted to the hospital environment and clinical psychology first for 15 years, I was confronted with psychological suffering where I acquired the experience that allowed me to isolate and understand the clinical signs and symptoms that affect the person to determine the solutions to implement.
Then, the desire to explore new horizons led me to the business world, where I wanted to complete and strengthen my acquired skills. In the business world, well-being projects at work are promising, but it also remains a place of suffering when the encounter between a system and an individual leaves friction, resulting in a gap that is not without impact.
Throughout these years, various training courses have allowed me to open up to systemic and family therapy, mindfulness, EFT, non-violent communication, the prevention of work exhaustion/burnout, harassment at work, the management of interpersonal relationships and conflicts.
My career has allowed me to develop significant experience in providing support during crisis situations, sudden or chronic stress, burnouts, interpersonal, professional or family conflicts as well as harassment at work.
My training, combined with a diversified practice, allows me today to offer psychotherapy and psychological support work through a global approach to the person based on the identification of the problem and a good reading of the Symptom in order to offer you listening, support and analysis to help you move forward with your request.
I have taken care to familiarize myself with and study relational concepts and the link to others (communication management, interaction management and self-assertion). I continue to train regularly through professional supervision, personal work, but also through participation in training courses, congresses and specific conferences for psychologists and psychiatrists, addressing different themes on psychology.
