My approach

Generally, "an approach" refers to a conceptual family of methods and techniques employed in the fields of psychology. In practice, many factors are to be carefully understood in close connection with your expectations, the situation, the problem (or experienced as such), your motivation and your open-mindedness. The pilot is you, the psychologist is your navigator ! It is very important to understand it well to measure the quality of the relationship that we need to establish.  .
